How often should an office be cleaned

The answer depends less on headcount than on how the office is used.
This is the question we hear most. There is no standard answer, but there are useful markers.
Areas that need daily attention
Washrooms and the kitchen, without exception. That is a health matter as much as a cleaning one.
Areas where visitors are received also need daily attention — that is where first impressions form.
Areas where two or three times a week is enough
Individual offices, archives, storage. If nobody eats at their desk, the floor does not need mopping every day.
Monthly
Windows, ventilation grilles, and deep cleaning of carpets and upholstery.
How to decide
Watch for a week: which areas are visibly dirty by the end of the day? Those go on the daily list; the rest can be less frequent.
